Hi
can connect with the Administrator password. However when I look at
the telnet login I see.
"Login failed. Reason: No login module succeeded."
and for the visual admin I can see (as previously mentioned)
"Cannot authenticate the user"
I discussed this with my security colleagues and they feel that this
is most likely an issue that can be resolved by the note 957355.
I looked at the offlineconfig editor and see that you have in there:
"ClientCertLoginModule" instead of "BasicPasswordLoginModule"
if you follow the note instructions you should resolve the issue.

Hi
Please try the following:
1. Start the admin tool
2. In the connect dialog choose "New"
3. For display name type some name for example "Workaround"
4. Select the option "Direct Connection To a Dispatcher Node"
5. Press Next
6. Specify in the fields
J2EE administrator user - (J2EE_ADMIN or Administrator)
Host : localhost
Port : <the p4 port which for system with id 00 is 50004>
Transport Layer : default
7. Press Save
8. Try to connect selecting the workaround connection.
If the above does not work, Please look at SAP Note:
967446 Visual Admin in 640 SP17 and NW04s SP8 does not connect
