hi;
I am new to SAP XI ,and am doing File to File scenario
This is a strange problem. I am trying to pick all the files from a FTP server using File Name: . . But the file adapter doesn't pick any file from the directory. When I change it to a specific file name eg. ABC.txt then it picks up the file ABC.txt only.
My requirement is to pick up all files in the directory and I just do not seem to understand what is wrong. I have used this wildcard option several times earlier and it always worked fine. But in this case, this does not work.
Thanks
HI,
Try out giving . and make sure that the source file names are having all the permissions.
Check out the Read-Only Option in the file adapter channel configuration.
Check the RWB-->Adapter Monitoring and for the status
Hope this helps,

Moorthy

Hi,
Alwayz go through the component monitoring whenever you encounter any problem so that you will come to know at which point of your scenario is the application failing.
Just try to provide same type of files ie..all files with same extensions.
