BBP_QUOT and Discount

hi,

In transaction BBP_QUOT I enter price for my items. Then I go to header discount and want to apply 10% discount.

I'm expecting to see all my items with this discount, or when I press the CALCULATE VALUE in the basic data to see the Total value - 10%.

In my case the items value and total value doesn't change.
