Hi All

We are on SRM 5.0.When I execute the report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER to

transfer the PR's from R/3 into SRM Sourcing cockpit . The entries get

stuck in the outbound queue in R/3.I get the error as SYSFAIL-

"Exception condition "OBJECT_ID_NOT_FOUND" raised."

We have checked the user and the org structure.

Please Help

Thanks

Lebo

Hi Lebo,

Hope you have integrated the RFC user into the Entry channel of the organization structure. Also make sure that the RFC user has SAP_ALL Authorization to push all the requirements with the report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER.

Hope this resolves your problem !!

Please assign points if answer is help full.

Hi,

We were getting the same error but actually couldnt find any clue as to which settings were missing. So finally we developed a custom WF to transfer the requirements into the sourcing cockpit.

Disha,

we are facing the same issue. It seems to be connected to the account assignment category, which is blank.

Could you give some insights into the WF development?

Thanks,

Claudia

Hi,

How did you resolve the problem?

Hi Disha,

you need to have a Local POrg and a local Pgroup, both just ticked as POrg and Pgr. Then the Local PGroup needs one position with an assigned user.

The queue is looking for the fitting entry ppoma_bbp. Without user, you'll get the missing Object_Id_not_found error.

Thanks,

Claudia

Hi Claudia,

We do have a local porg and pgroup. Can I send you screen dumps of our Org Structure. If so please provide me with your e-mail address.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Since the local Porg and Prgrp values which you have maintained are not being picked up while transfer of the PR's from R/3 to SRM,as a workaround you can hardcode these values in the Badi "BBP_PGRP_FIND".Then it will work i.e. the SC's are created in SRM.

Hi Lebo,

check / do the following:

- Local POrg --> Function: Tick box "POrg; everything else blank

- Local PGroup --> Function Tab: Tick box "Pgroup; everything else blank

As you already have the RFC User assigned to the Entry Channel, just create a new SRM user via the Web and select the Local PGroup as the Org Unit to assign the user. You then should have a "normal" entry in the Org Structure, like for all other users.

Cheers,

Claudia

Hi Sundeep,

Thanks for the response.

We have integrated the RFC user into the Entry Channel on the Org structure.

Our RFC USER has SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW authorization.

Checked the connection on SM59 and that is fine.

Thanks

Lebo
