Possibility to "paste" several items into one shopping cart?

For free text items (no catalog), is there any way to enter several items at one time? To "paste" the information over all fields for several items at once?

Fromt the full functionality transaction.

In R/3 its possible to paste the item information from Excel into R/3, if each field has its own column, by copy paste functionality.

Kind Regards,

Adam

Hi

Here are the steps...

Logon to ITS using any Employee role.

Incase you want to create several items and you only want few changes say to the Item description only, then in that case you can use the SAP standard functionality to copy the items.

In this case, you need to either go the Shop Functionality -> Select Old Purchase orders and Templates -> click on the old approved Shopping carts - >and copy the item(s) by enabling the left corner checkbox and click on Add to Shopping cart Button, to copy the same to the newly created Shopping cart.

Then once the item gets copied over to the Shopping cart, in the extreme right corner of the ITS template, there is a Copy button.

Click on that button, to create another copy of the same line item and

similarly you can creat multiple items in the same shopping cart. You need to modify the item description in each of the line item in order to distinguish them easily.

Click on Check Button. Incase Shopiing Cart is error free, you will get a pop-up mesaage.. Shopping cart can be ordered.

Go ahead and click on Order button to Order the Shopping cart.

Hope it will definitely help.

Enjoy !!

If you use the 'Shop (One Screen)' transaction, BBPSC03, you can change the following information for all items that you'll be adding to the cart.

Ship-To Address/Performance Location

Cost Assignment

Goods Recipient

Product Category

Purchasing Group

Company Code

Location

Storage Location

What exactly are you trying to achieve with that?

Are you trying to do a data load or interface?

Hi

Are you working in SRM or some other system.

Te functionality which SRM provides is already discussed in this thread.

File upload is beyond SRM standard functionality.

Incase you have any other requirement, let me know.
