Hi,
you can install both ABAP+JAVA on ECC6.0(or)You can also install ECC 6.0 on as ABAP.
If you are installed ABAP means you can access your system through SAPGUI.
If you install as java means you can access your system thriugh web browser.
I HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU

Dear Ahmed,
it is business dependent what you need. In ECC 6.0 you are also able to you web based applications also on the ABAP side. (BSP, WebDynpro for ABAP). The important is what features you would like to have. E.g. to use SAP Interacitve Forms by ADOBE you will need to have a JAVA instance also.
Try looking after your business needs, and check in which stack the feature is implemented.
Best regards,
Dezso
