Is there any official page on the SAP Internet that describes license rules of using the software?

I haven't downloaded it yet, thus I don't know if there is any information going to be displayed when installing it.

Where can a commercial version of SAP Netweaver be obtained ? It is to be used by a small consulting company. Also, is the price of such a system in a similar price range to Microsoft .Net ?
