Print alv with colors

Hi, hope you can help me. i have set different cell colors for an alv but don`t appear when i tried to print it. is there any setting necessary in order to get the alv with those colors printed?

also when i try to print it to pdf i got the following message

i thought it could be passing alv wen dynpro to pdf or excel and print from there. pdf doesn't work because of an error mesage ("Versión impresión Communication Failure: RFC destination SALV_WD_EXPORT_PDF does not exist.") and excel doesn't get colors either.

Adobe Document Services should be configured; in Customizing, check the following activity: Application Server -> WebDynpro for ABAP -> Set Up Printing for WebDynpro ABAP -> Set Up WebServiceDestination for the Adobe Document Service.

Hi Luis,

Are you talking about the IE print button ?

If so, then I suspect the following is not set:

TOOLS -> Internet options -> advanced

See Print background colours and images setting.

It is probably not checked.

On the other question:

The PDF connections or the Adobe Doc Server (ADS) or both are not configured.

ADS must be installed and running. As basis to verify.

The PDF settings are in SPRO under Web dynpro.

My box is down so I cant tell you the exact Path.

There is documentation in SPRO.
