What is the best approach to extract Business Partner information from CRM to XI

Hi,

by IDOCs of course

you can create them just like I did:

/people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2006/11/14/xipi-data-type-enhancements-standard-business-partner

(you jut need to change from proxy to ALE - another module)

but bisically it's a standard to generate

a business partner record and send it as an IDOC from CRM

I have configured several scenarios to send data via Idoc to XI. I have used the MDM extractor or BD10 to send the data from R/3 to XI.

In this case I need to send the data from CRM and I don't know what extractor / transaction can I use to start the data extraction process.

Manoj,

IDOCs would be the best option for business partner information. We did the same in our CRM implementation. you need to configure RFC destinations and partner profiles on CRM side to send the IDOC to XI.
