ST03...RFC Problems No Data Available

Hi All,

In ST03 Expert Mode->Detailed Analaysis->Last Minute's Load->Total-> From here if click to find out the result, i'm getting the error message "RFC Problems No Data Available". Plz help me to overcome this issue.

Hi Amit,

Do one thing. Activate ST05 trace and then perform this activity and check the trace list. Also check if you can find anything in SM21.

Hi,

We are using ECC 6.0/700 SAP_Basis patch level is : SAPKB70008.

Hi Amit,

thank you for the information.

We had a similar issue last week. This is most likely an issue with the UTC timer and the time zone setting of your system.

With report TZCUSTHELP you can test the UTC timers. The result of TZCUSTHELP might be :"System time zone or UTC timer is

incorrect". Then please follow SAP note 926290.

The error you have discovered using ST03 is related to this time zone issue. It is not an RFC error (even if the error message suggests this). SAP note 926290 describes the necessary steps to correct this situation. The SAP notes 741734 and 101726 will help you with the correct setting of the system time zone.

Hi,

Could you please check following rfc connections?

Internal connections

BACK Application Server <instance Name>

NONE Application Server <instance Name>

NONE_NU Application Server <instance Name >

Hi,

These entries are there but without Application Server and Instance Name. It's is listed like this in SM59 -> Internal Connection:

BACK Internal Standard Connection

NONE Internal Standard Connection

NONE_NU hostname_<SID>_00
