Hi All
I am able to create a change request and send it succesfully to the service desk, when i go to DNO_CUST_MONITOR, it is displayed over there but Change Manager is not able to view any Action list i.e Approve change request,Reject CR etc.. when you click on actions icon we are getting error as " There are no actions in the worklist with Message no. SPPF_VIEW_CRM101"
Please reply asap as it is very urgent.

Have you activated the BC Sets for Service Desk and CHARM?
To be able to see the actions the Change Request transaction must have no errors and the Action Profile must contain the actions as well as the conditions.

Hi andreia,
If we do some cuztomization and then activate the BC set,will the cuztomization lost?Because whenever we execute a consistency check of the project it is activating the BC sets.We are doing some cuztomization in change request i.e, we are adding one more approval process before moveing to quality.
