Setting up solutions manager 4.0 for service desk-VAR

I am trying to configure Solutions manager 4.0 for service desk.

I have already installed all the neccessary support packs (SP09)

I am trying to activate the following BC sets:

solman40_sdesk_basicfunc_000

SOLMAN40_SDESK_ACT_ADVCLOSE_001

SOLMAN40_SDESK_ACTIONLOG_001

SOLMAN40_SDESK_TEXTTYPES_001

But the activation is ending with lots of errors.

What could be causing all these errors?

I know my upgraded to SP09 was done properly.

Hi Karim,

can you copy this errors to this thread?

Do you have read on https://websmp102.sap-ag.de/solutionmanager --> VARs, ASPs and AHPs the notes and config guides?

ps: you must have for all your customers a s-user with administratoin rights in the smp

Hello Karin,

Could you check in clien tcopy log in SCC3 from with client for productive solman client was copied? this kind of error appears when the source client for the client copy is not client 001.

Hi Karim,

Did you find an answer to your problem. We always have the same problem when we run the BC Sets.
