approval hierachy not refresh in Item level workflow,

Hi All,

1.when i created a shopping cart in item level approval workflow there was a line 1 that had a product id number , when that line got deleted the system not refresh the approval hierarchy, and i have another issues.

2.when i created a shopping cart in 3 line item here the 1 st line goes to approver, 2 and 3 is not going to same approver s for the same product cat. Kindly help me. thanks,

Hi

Item level workflow is quite complex and SAP is facing issues with the same.

You need to raise an customer message with SAP using

<a href="http://">service.sap.com</a>

do that they can refer and login to your system and find out some solution to your problem.
