When I tried to post an invoice in SRM 5.0, it creates two IDOC's with the same date/time stamp.

Just go SPRO->SRM Server ->Cross Application Basic Setting->Set Output Actions and output format->Condition Dependent Document output.

I feel you have maintained two action profile here ,so delete one from here .
