SQL connect to db failed

Hi,

I could appreciate for your reply to this query.

In LC10 when I select the "properties" in "liveCache Monitoring" I am getting this error:

"SQL connect to database connection 'name of the database connection' failed"

Your solution to this problem is appreciated.

Hi,

as you stated 'LC10' in your post, I've gathered you're using a liveCache. Therefor I suggest you open a CSS/OSS message for your issue.

From the sound of it, it seems likely your liveCache instance was down (i.e. in 'offline' state).

I had the same error.

It appears that after I had completed my Livecache system build, I forgot to do LC10> Livecache:Monitoring> Operating> Register LCApps.

After I did that, everything was ok.
