Hello,
what is CPACache Refresh, where can i refresh that
i went to trcode sxmb_moni... then refreshed all, CPACache Refresh is included in that or do i need to do any other thing.

When objects are activated in the Integration Directory they are cached at the Integration Server. By default the cache refresh is automatic.
But if you want to manually refresh the cache use the transaction code SXI_CACHE.

CPA Cache is synchronizatoin of data from Integration directory to Adapter Engine.
Whenever a new configuration is done w.r.t adapters, these must be updated on adapter Engine .There lies the significance of CPA cache.
Although for a central adapter engine it is automatically setup , however in case of Decentral adapter engine, you may need to do it manually.

java port means u mean 500000.... i refreshed with sxi_cache in ABAP Stack.

It must be 50000 if your system number is 00.
You can check this from Integration Builder - Administeration - All Property --
