PO print output by fax

We are working on SRM4.0 and service pack 8.

OSS 564826 was implemented for PO.

Vendor is receiving 4 copies of purchase order by fax instead of 1.

Kindly suggest us.

Hi Veera

We've got the similar problem after having service pack 16 in. We solved the problem by

1 - changing the Processing Time from '4 Processing when saving doc' to '1 - Processing using selection report' (in IMG Define Action for PO output).

2 - schedule a batch job to run RSPPFPROCESS

Hi

Please verify the required IMG settings for the same in the system.

Form name: BBP_PO_FAX or the corresponding customer form

Processing class: CL_PD_PO_PROCESSING_BBP

Processing method: PROCESS_BBP_PO_FAX

Storage Mode: Faxes Only

Also, check whether you are using any customized Class interface instead of the standard Class - CL_PD_PO_PROCESSING_BBP.

We are implementing SRM 5.0 and ECC 6.0 with Extended Classic scenario. We are running into a an issue related to PO output preview. Some users are not able to see the output of the PO. When they click on the Output Preview tab, they get a message "Output can not be generated" Is there anyway we can fix this issue? Again , we are into second group roll out. We have this issue only with some of the user community.
