Getting project expenses/budget

Hi,

I need to get the expenses for all the projects. The information for each expense should have the time and the charge code associated. Where can I get this information from? I would prefer to call a function module, or go directly to the tables/views.

I also need budget information per project (planned/actual).

I'm using SAP R/3 Enterprise

Look the followings reports:

Budget : S_ALR_87013557 or S_ALR_87013558;

Expenses : S_ALR_87013545 this report list the actual costs per Cost Element/Period/Year;

S_ALR_87013531 causes an error and triggers a small dump on my system.

Hi!

You may want to consider the use of transaction RKACSHOW.

You will be able to have a direct view on all the CO relevant tables.

Once in the report, with menu Goto>Budget/plan values, you will be able to analyze the budget relevant tables.
