ORA-13504: No SYSAUX datafile clause specified

Hello.

We are encountering problem on our installation. Please refer below

details.

Application : SAP NetWeaver 6.40 SR1

Component : XI

Database : Oracle 10.2.0

Operating System: Windows 2003

Current error : CJS-00084 SQL Statement or script failed. Diagnosis: Error Message: ORA-13504: No SYSAUX datafile clause specified

CD Control # : 51030191

Platform : 32 bit

Others:

- installation was at database instance of Web AS ABAP (Unicode)

- error occurred at "create oracle database"

We badly need help to solve this error.

I already downloaded 51032143 I386 cd from swdc and it works.

you are using the wrong installation master (it is the one for Netweaver 04 - without SR 1).

Even NW04SR1 would be the wrong one, because it does not yet include the Oracle10 support.

See note <a href="http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/949116">949116</a> for more information on Oracle10 support for Netweaver 04 SR1.

PS: if using this new installation master you can not continue the old installation you have to run a new installation. Stop all Oracle Services manually and delete the Oracle Instance Service with oradim -delete -sid <dbsid> manually
