Hi,

You can download the Gui patch from service.sap.com and it is executables files so you have to just execute it and it will update your Gui.

Thank you for your help, but the url service.sap.com redirects to https://websmp201.sap-ag.de/, and in this url any link I click requests a user and password... Can you help me again?

Check this thread

Just download the patch level 22 from this link on the thread and you are right that site which i reffered to you needs authorizations to download anything. so i suggest you to download from this thread.

I downloaded this file, but isn't work, just open a black screen (MS-DOS) and does not anything.

You will also need the most recent setup file patch as well, you can download from service.sap.com. The file name is setup640_23-10001615.exe, run this first, then run the other executable. If you can not get this setup patch, you can email me at the address on my business card and I will send it to you. It is about 1.5mb.
