Business Object for Questionnaire in SRM

Hi,

Is there any Business Object related to Questionnaire in SRM??

And also help me in finding out whether any event is getting triggered when the supplier submits the questionnaire back after answering in the Self registration process?

Our aim is to send a notification to the Director after the questionnaire is answered and sent back by the supplier.

I have created a business object in 100 client in which i have created my attributes which will be filled from 200 client and used for further process.

Can you detail the solution?? I have the same issue (notify when a questionnaire is submmited). I don't understand how you can fill the data o what event you use to work with the new bus
