i am new to XI ,Can any one let me know the scenarios which i can recommend to a pharma company to implement XI for there bussiness..

i am in need to do it immediatly pls send some common scenarios for pharma company...

or guide me to find these.

the scenarios are not dependent from the industry. You need to know which applications are used and what are the requirements to connect them.

Hi Ramesh,

XI is an integration platform. You can use it to connect ANY application. For example a database via JDBC adapter. XI itself is running on a SAP Web Application Server, including a ABAP and a Java Stack.

There is no specific scenarios for the Pharma related companies from SAP-XI, but there is common scenarios are provided by SAP-XI,You have to understand the XI througthly to implement for ur industry specific requirements.... below documnets will help you out in understanding the SAP-XI and will also help you out in making the decession(Whether SAP-XI is suitable for ur bussiness requirements or not) for ur bussiness reqiremets.Please go through the documents i hope will be helpful to you....

Hi ramesh,

read about the CIDX adapter. It is chemical! But the way from chemical to pharma is not far.

Also you can google for <pharma> <edi> <data exchange> in google
