Identifying later page numbers for indexing in smartforms

Friends,

I have a indexing in my first page of the smartform, description for which will be in the later page. The page number where the description would appear needs to be printed in the first page with the indexing. So we need to know the page number at the instance of printing the first page.

Eg :

I have list of document nos in the first page. (say A,B,C,D).

The details for the documents would be printed in table format in following pages.(say A appears in pages 2 and 3, B in page 4, C in page 5 and 6, D in page 7. These page numbers happen dynamically based on number of data).

I want to display 2 against A , 4 against B, 5 against C and 7 against D in page 1.
