is there a way to download sap aii or a site i can go to?????????

Hi Janice,

You need to have the AII license to be able to access the software. If you have already bought the license, you will get the AII software via CD or you may alternatively download it from http://service.sap.com

How can I figure out if I already have it installed?????

If you have AII installed then you should be able to see the AutoID Cockpit and the mobile entry data screen.

● To access the Auto-ID Cockpit on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose User Interfaces -> Auto-ID Cockpit.

● To access the simulation screens for the mobile device transactions on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose User Interfaces -> Mobile Data Entry.

If you are not seeing that, then it means that you dont have AII installed.

Hi

in SAP-GUI klick on Menue "System" -> Status

In this screen, in the field "SAP System data" you can get more information abaout your Component versions.

If you see a software component like "AIN" you have it installed, if no you haven't.

You should at least have Relase 400, Level 003
