The 'Category' list box should be empty when creating a shopping cart

Hi there,

Does somebody know how to display a blank/dummy value in the 'Category' list box when creating a shopping cart? We would like the user to select a new product category instead of just taking the default category in that list. Some users are not changing this product category to categorise their item correctly.

Hi Jens,

Just go to the extented tab in the PPOMA_BBp transaction (org structure) and select your dummy category code.

This dummy category code must exist in the comm_hierarchy.

You then have to activate badi bbp_doc_check on bus2121 to control that the user cannot order the SC with this dummy value.
