SSO with webgui doesn't work

While trying to logon to a web application with sso (BI 7) we get the error SSO login not possible.

I can't find any configuration errors.

on the testsystem we are using our administration user with sap_all etc.

Any Ideas?

Hi Jens,

I had a similar problem some days ago. Are you using a service user?!?

Increase your trace level and have a look at the trace files.

Can you find:

N dy_signi_ext: ticket creation suppressed for users of type SERVICE

Try to user a user of type dialog!
