Problem in the printout of a smartform.

Hi,

We are trying to display graphics in a smartform. The printout from the printer shows the graphic background grayed out in one of the printer here.

Can any of u tell me how to solve the problem.

Where can i check the printer settings.

Please reply soon as it is urgent.

Hi,

printer settings are managed by the basis team and not by any developer .so try to approach them.

remember not all printers support sap forms.

only,zebra printers supports the forms.

You can check the output device settings in the transaction SPAD. Local printer settings have to be done from each PC.
