When doing the installation of XI - JAVA SR1 , it fails when it tries to create the service user J2EE_ADMIN. It successfully calls BAPI_USER_CREATE1, but then fails to create it, stopping the installation. What could be the problem and which user is used when calling?
I copy 'DDIC' to zuser with sap_all profile. use FM' bapi_user_create1 ' to creat successful, but still display block error during installing java sr1.
logs:
cjs-20037 unable creat abap user j2ee_admin via function bapi_user_create1....
best regards
If you have not solved the problem still, try to look at transaction SM21.

Sandro

Hi,
Go to Tcode : SU01 Check the service user J2EE_ADMIN has created by default or not. If not create the Service User with Roles
SAP_J2EE_ADMIN
Z_SAP_J2EE_ADMIN
these roles sould be green color. If Roles are not green hook then generate the Mass generation using Tcode : PFCG.

Venu.
