Hi,

i am planning to pursue the course in SAP XI (TBIT40-44) but am told that it would be preferable to do SAP WEBAS and then XI. Ofcourse, i am not in a position to do both. Is the knowledge in WEBAS a must for XI aspirants????

Your suggestions will aid me charting my plan.

Thanks in advance

You have to choose depending on your background. You donot need to know much about WebAS if you are no into administration. You can always read the general topics.

Hi,

SAP XI has two main trainings one for developer and one for Technical.

If your a SAP BASIS admistrator then you need to have WEBAS knowledge. If you are a developer then it's optional.

But it always helps to have that knowledge for error resolution. But you will end up learning all that once you start working.

hi Sravya,

have been reading your blogs... believe me... it's fundu. In fact i had anchored on doing XI, until this element of "knowledge in WEBAS" popped up from a friend of mine. He was of the opinion that first WEBAS and then XI....
