rebate sales volume

Dear Experts,

my issue is rebate sales volume is not getting updated automatically while doing the customer rebate.after doing the billing system genrating the accounting document.when i see in the change mode of VBO2 there i am trying to settle the accrual,system is not showing any value there.if i see the sales volume also its showing zero.pls give me the suggestions.

Hi all,

i maintained the rebate condition type in pricing procedure.the rebate percentage is coming at the billing level automatocally.its going to the relevant accrual account.when i go and see in change mode of rebate sales volume is not getting updated.pls help me.

I'm also facing the same problem for Sales Rebate. Sales Volume is not getting updated. Can you please advise how you solve the issue...

make sure you have rebate condition in your pricing
