BOM EXPLOSION OF PLANNED ORDER CREATED IN SCM 5.0

Scenario:

Wel my header level material is planned in APO(SCM 5.0 ; MRP TYPE:X0), whereas one of the component is handled in ECC 6.0,once i take Product heuristic run of the header material planned orders are created in APO,but Dep Requirement of material planned in ECC 6.0</b> are not created</b>,planed order of header material is visible in ECC 6.0.

Kindly guide me through on the same

I don't understand the problem...

When APO CIF's over the planned order to R/3; R/3 will select the correct production version and create dependent requirements for any components which are not contained in the PPM in APO. So when R/3 MRP runs; it will create planned orders/purchase reqs for these components.

This is standard functionality.

Hi Prashant,

One way can be to run MRP for X0 products in ECC. You can use the User Exit M61X0001 in Report RMMRP000 whereby in User Exit Parameter MRP Type can be set as X0. This will result in generation of the dependent requirement for non X0 components in form of Planned Orders.
