error on SAP ITS 6200.1010.42226.0, build 661207

hi all,

i have some problem in my SAP ITS system,

the error message is : "MbcsU2MuseRSCP: rscpCConvert failed: SAPCP 1160, code 32 [Data was longer than the buffer] "

cant you help me to solve my problem

You are using a really old ITS 6.20 patchlevel. In the meantime many errors had been fixed. I would recommend to apply the latest patch 23 and continue to analyze the issue if it still occurs. If you connect your ITS 6.20 instance to a unicode system make sure that the unicode switch in the Admin tool on page "General" is set.
