Hi ,

Once Shopping cart is created , it goes for approval . The Change option is not available in the creator login or in the approvar log in . In the creator login , the available options are details,print and delete. What could be the reasons for not getting the change option ....

Hi,

Go to transcn PFTC and for the apprpriate role of the user/approver under the personalisation tab,set the parameter "BBP_WFL_SECURITY" to HIGH so that he can change the SC.

Also, the above setting can be oevrwritten by the BADI "BBP_WFL_SECUR_BADI".

Thanks for all your info . The transaction is PFCG and not PFTC ....

Hello,

Check the paramter bbp_wfl_security in the user personalization (SU01). If set to "not defined" or "low", he cannot change a SC during approval.

You can also use the badi BBP_WFL_SECUR_BADI to set this parameter.
