Hi All,
When I log in to RWB, I can not view Component Monitoring or Message Monitoring. The error msg I get is
<b>Error during communication with System Landscape Directory: User credentials are invalid or user is denied access</b>
When I check in SU01, PIRWBUSER Id is locked. I unlocked the Id and even then I get the same error. The Id gets locked if I click on Component Monitoring.
Kindly advice...

You would need to change the pasword in the Exachange Profile as well.

Jai,
Whenever you make a change in the password on your service user id 's , the password change should also be reflected in the Exachnge Profile and all other places where the RWB user is being used.
From XI home page --> go to Administration --> Exachange Profile and there change the password for the XIRWBUSER.
Also, check the other places / RFC destination where this user id is being used and make the changes.
