ADS config error SOAP fault found in SOAP document

Hi All,

I am trying to configure ADS SP 10 on ECC 6 and EP 7.

I have done the necessary config from this link

The ADS connection is working fine when i test from SM59. But when i run FP_PDF_TEST_00, program gives me an error

SOAP Runtime Exception: CSoapExceptionFault : SOAP fault found in SOAP document /Transaction system failure in method rpData

I checked rpdata.

http://<j2ee host>:<port>/AdobeDocumentServices/Config

and tested rpdata method. it returns successful result.

Still i am getting SOAP Runtime Exception.

I cant activate any adobe form and nothing is working.

Same configuraiton is workin on ECC 5 and EP 6 ...

The problem is solved after applying patches

Hello,

are you sure your ADS is installed onto a supported plattform:

http://service.sap.com/PAM

Please also make sure that the J2EE engine is on the same patch level as your ADS.

If both yes: can you please check the default trace of your egine? Please look for adobe exceptions. Maybee you find a relevant exception here.
