Hello,
I try to set custom fonts in SAP gui 4.6.
After I restart the system the settings back to original settings (The custom settings not saved)
Any advise?

Did you change the Font settings from SAP Easy Access screen ->Alt+F12 ->New Visual Design?
Here you have an option to increase or decrease the Font size.
Change here and relogin, you will find the new font size.

I changed the settings from the SAP Easy Access screen but the settings not saved.
