Not able to see a PO though shopping got created and approved successfully

hi,

Not able to see(create) a PO no though shopping got created and approved successfully. Working on Extended Classic Scenario and activated the extended classic scenario radio button.

Please let me know where i went wrong.

Hi Jagan,

Check in Transaction bbp_pd for the Shopping Cart by giving the object type as bus 2121 and the id as the Shopping cart number.

What do u see in the status there ? Let me know which status is active?

We also have this problem intermittenly. There is a work around using FM bbp_reqreq_transfer to retransfer the SC. This only works for SCs with status as follows:

Status Description Inactiv

ADER I1015 Awaiting Approval X

ADER I1021 Created

ADER I1038 Complete

ADER I1106 Shopping cart ordered

ADER I1129 Approved

If the status looks like that below, the FM will not retransfer these carts.

Status Description Inactiv

ADER I1015 Awaiting Approval X

ADER I1021 Created

ADER I1038 Complete

ADER I1106 Shopping cart ordered

ADER I1129 Approved

I1111 Item in transfer process

I have the same Issue, ECS SRM4.0 shopping cart created successfully but No PO is Generated. This is no a consistant issue though , It is a random occurence.

Hi

Check RZ20 transaction, incase there exists any errors...

Otherwise, I think the user which created the user is different than the user,which you are currently logging in.. Incase the Shopping cart is created on behalf of any user, then both the users can see the Purchase order.. otherwise, only the Shopping cart creator can view the PO through WEB ITS.

Do let me know your findings ?
