Hi,

from any SAP screen go to menu System -> Status and then click on the Component Information button in SAP System Data section. Next pop-up will give you detailed list of all the components installed in your system.

If you want to know specifically about R3 plug-in - http://service.sap.com/r3-plug-in

For All other patches - http://service.sap.com/patches

From initial page you may go to Support Packages and Patches -> Plug-Ins

Transaction SAINT is used for installation/upgrade of plug-ins. Check this documentation about how to use SAINT - http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46c/helpdata/en/26/5a8c38e3494231e10000009b38f8cf/frameset.htm

Hope this helps. Award points if you find this helpful.
