error in assigning authorization

hi all

when i tried to assign profile- authorization in PFCG tcode

and tried to generate it s showing error like

SETTINGS FOR MATERIAL NUMBER CONVERSION NOT FOUND

can anyone pls explain this error

where am i goin wrong

hi Varalakshmi,

please have a look at the following urls..

try oss note 555675, it tells you to use transaction OMSL.

You need to set the material conversion lengths to 18.
