I am not aware of any blog describing the use of SeeBurger Adapters on SDN.

But, if you are considering using the Itemfield Conversion Agent, then this blog should help,

SeeBurger and Iway are 2 separate vendors providing Adapters to Integrate XI with various applications!

SeeBurger Provides adapters for EDI and Iway provides adapters for PeopleSoft etc
