Hi Group,
Bit Surprised after knowing that XI can not able to process Larger Files of size 30-100 MB.Can any body suggest how to process the Larger files in XI

xi can proccess more than 1,00,000 messages. All dependent on hardware sizing. Though not much aware of the BASIS activites there is entry on how many KB of data can be procesed by sync and async interface. All in the service market place of SAP there is a tool avaiable which tells you the sizing to be done....what is called as "quick sizer"

It depends on the design, and other hardware sizing
For e.g , if you are doing file content conversion, mapping etc..

to work on, you can make the large files into smaller chunks and you can proceed..For this, you can execute a shell script which does the splitting of files, before it process. For this , you can execute the shell script from the File Adapter-->OS command option..
