GOA Release button activation

Hello,

We don't want to keep the location(plant) information mandatory on Global Outline Agreement documents in order to release and distribute to the backend.

We are experiencing a situation where if we dont enter the location information on Item Detail -> Distribution tab, the release button stays inactive. However, if we hold the document and then release then there is no problem to approve and replicate the document on R/3.

Do you have a suggestion how to prevent this situation and be able to release without location information.

Unfortunately i didn't get an aswer yet and couldn't resolve the problem.

Did anyone of you experience such a problem?
