Connection refused problem

Hi,

My problem is when I am calling WSDL through XI development from WAS

Development using Webdynpro application it is working fine but when I am trying to call WSDL through XI Production from WAS Production it is showing error message that connection refused.I have checked user id,password,URL and port

every thing is fine but still it is showing error.

Please check the authorization details(user name , password etc) to access the production environment and also check if the user has required credentials to access the production box.
