downloading java 5 + nwds - link broken?

Hello

I'm trying to follow the link to download the complete java 5 package including NWDS, and after i agree to the Ts & Cs, the link seems to be broken. Is there somewhere else I can download it?

Also, is there a similar package with Java 1.4.1? This would be preferable since this is the version our servers are on.

is there any particular error you get at that point? I tried it myself and it did work.

Perhaps it's worth mentioning that FTP is used for downloading the package, could it be you have any restrictions using FTP?

By that, do you mean the version of the supported JDK, or the Java EE compatibility? The Java EE 5 edition comes with the SAPJVM, which is J2SE 5.0 compatible. This edition is Java EE 5-certified, but can also run J2EE 1.4 applications (backward compatibility of Java EE standards!)

If you're asking about versions that run on JDK 1.4.x, those would be the NW04, or NW2004s. They can, however, support J2EE 1.3 applications.
