Internet Transaction Server error code: 0x2101

Hello,

I am uploading a file for change order through ITS and its uploading the file and then when i click save it gives me error .:

Interpreter Failed

The Internet Transaction Server failed to generate the response for current request.

Please contact the system administrator.

Internal error code: 0x2101

Please can anyone tell it is on urgent basis.

Hi

can you try the following.

1. Open Internet Explorer Window

2. Goto Tools -> Internet Options

3. Under Temporary Internet Files , Click the Buttons Delete Cookies and Delete Files.

4. Under History , Click Clear History button.

5. Please Close the Explorer Window and then reopen and try to login.
