I wanted to check :
1) Queues are working or no ..
2) Ability to create objects
How can I check them? whether they are working or no,
I am new to XI.

goto transaction SXMB_ADM, and then select manage queues, once in that report, you can do que monitoring, activate, register queues.

1) if there is something inside it for longer time period then there can be a problem
2) choose on selection only messages with errors

here you can check if something stuck inside inbound (SMQ2) and outbound queue(SMQ1). If there is any error you can either restart or cancal LUW(logical unit of work).
