not able to find POs in proceee purchase orders

Hi

We are facing a problem in EB. In process purchase order transaction we are not able to fing certan POs. when we enter certail PO number in the search criteria of the FIND tab , the system is not able to get the details of the PO.

I want to know how the searching takes place in the process purchase order transaction. Is there any FM or form which runs when we search for the PO in proceee purchase orders.

this is not user specific . the users are able to search for some POs.

For certain POs the system is not giving results. what is the program or FM that runs when we give the PO nmber and click on search button.

Hi,

Try to find this PO's from GUI side in transaction BBPPO01.

Look at Purchasing Group and Purchasing Organization fields.

Hi Sankar,

Please check in PPOMA_BBP that you fill correctly the SYS atribute with local AND backend logical system values.
