User Favourites Size

Hi All,

Just wondering in NW2004s whether there is an easy way to determine per user what and how much is in their favourites (personal folder) space.

We want to try to setup some system to monitor this so that if users start saving workbooks full of data we can identify them so we don't run into space issues.

hi Praveen,

I had a look at the link. It talks about pre-calculating the size of workbooks which are controlled etc.

We have users who create their own workbooks from queries and save into the favourites within BI7. Is there a table or transaction in BI7 which will show the username and how much space they have used in their favourites area?
