config tool does not connect to DB

Hi,

When I try to start the config tool I get an error that states:

"Error occured while working with Configuration (Scanning). Msg: Error while connecting to DB."

This is the entry in the log:

Hi Mat,

Make sure that the JDK os installed and the environment variables JAVA_HOME and PATH are correct set to use this JDK.Check that there is no other java.exe under other directories listed in the PATH environment variable. Check that there's no java.exe under the windows directory.Please check note 732037
