config tool does not connect to DB (Moved)

Hi,

When I try to start the config tool I get an error that states:

"Error occured while working with Configuration (Scanning). Msg: Error while connecting to DB."

This is the entry in the log:

You may also try posting this in the Netweaver Administrators forum, they will probably be able to solve this problem much quicker.
